The Senior Specialist - Retail Field Marketing is responsible to implement field marketing initiatives to enhance store visibility, support new openings, and engage local markets. The role focuses on activating brand presence, building local partnerships, supporting consumer and SMB initiatives, and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned execution across assigned regions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience
The Retail Sales Executive is accountable for reflecting and maintaining a professional image of the store through promoting customer service excellence and using product knowledge and enhanced selling techniques to achieve monthly targets.

High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
Previous experience in sales - nice to have
